• Small businesses could get grants if they are in an area affected by federal immigration enforcement within the last year. They must also show at least a 25% drop in income directly from these actions.
• To qualify, a small business could not have more than 15 locations or be a publicly traded company.
• Businesses applying for a grant would need to confirm that their losses were due to federal immigration enforcement and that they haven't received other money for these losses.
