Medicare beneficiaries would get more options for telehealth services. This bill would allow audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists, along with their assistants, to be paid for providing care remotely. This means more people could get care from home, starting immediately if the bill becomes law.

The Senate would formally congratulate the Montana State University Bobcats football team for winning the 2025 Division I Football Championship. This resolution would also recognize the players, coaches, staff, and fans for their hard work. Official copies of the resolution would be sent to the university's President, Athletic Director, and head coach.

This bill would make it cheaper and simpler for Medicare Part D beneficiaries to get non-opioid drugs for chronic pain. It would remove deductibles and lower other costs, while also ending rules that make people try opioids first or get special approval. These changes would start on January 1, 2026.
