Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1501) to amend the FAST Act to include certain mineral production activities as a covered project, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 9436) to amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective; providing for consideration of the resolution (H. This resolution would formally back the Trump Administration's push to have the Supreme Court reconsider its decision on birthright citizenship. That ruling said children born in the U.S. to parents who are here unlawfully or temporarily are citizens. The House would also urge the government's top lawyer to ask for a new hearing and the Supreme Court to grant it.

This bill would make federal welfare programs only available to U.S. citizens. This means noncitizens, including those currently allowed to receive benefits, would no longer be eligible for programs like food assistance, Medicaid, and housing aid. Current noncitizen recipients would have up to 180 days to transition off these programs.
