Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1501) to amend the FAST Act to include certain mineral production activities as a covered project, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 9436) to amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective; providing for consideration of the resolution (H. Currently, the Labor Department can share information or advice with individuals for potential lawsuits without a formal written agreement or notifying employers. This bill would change that. It would require the Secretary of Labor to create written agreements for such assistance and provide copies to any employer or contractor who might be directly affected. It would also require annual reports to Congress, aiming to make these government actions more open and accountable.
