Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1501) to amend the FAST Act to include certain mineral production activities as a covered project, and for other purposes; providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 9436) to amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 to extend the time period for which certain regulations concerning the North Atlantic right whale are effective; providing for consideration of the resolution (H. Pregnant women in federal prisons with opioid addiction would be provided medication-assisted treatment. The bill would require the Bureau of Prisons to give this care, but a woman who is mentally able could still refuse it.

A new bill would limit who automatically becomes a U.S. citizen at birth. Children born in the U.S. to mothers who are unlawfully present or here temporarily would no longer be considered citizens. This applies if their father is also not a U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident. This would also apply to children of foreign diplomats and those born during a hostile occupation.
