The Pentagon has failed its audits for years, unable to account for hundreds of billions of dollars. This bill would require parts of the Department of Defense to pass their financial audits. If they don't, their budgets would be cut, and that money would go towards reducing the national debt.

People on Medicare would be able to get HIV prevention services, like PrEP and PEP, from their pharmacists. Pharmacists could then bill Medicare for these services. Also, people would not pay extra charges beyond what Medicare approves. These changes would start on January 1, 2027.
