This bill would add Colorado to a federal program that helps rural communities in Western states with their water needs. If passed, people in Colorado would be able to get support for water projects, just like those in other participating states. This change would take effect immediately if signed into law.

Currently, there is no set deadline for large tech companies to hand over user data when ordered by a court. This bill would set a 72-hour deadline for companies with 1 million or more users to comply with court orders or warrants for information. It would also allow individuals who are harmed by delays to sue these companies for not meeting the deadline.

This bill would help states get money to train local officials, healthcare workers, and educators on how to handle crisis intervention programs, especially those involving extreme risk protection orders. It would set aside between $200,000 and $500,000 for each state to develop better training materials and ensure consistent practices across the country.

This bill would let states and local governments use federal money meant for crime prevention. They could use it to run programs that give out gun safes for free. This means more people could get devices to safely store firearms at no cost, if their local area offers such programs.

This bill would create a new program to help communities, especially those that are disadvantaged or rural, plan and carry out important water projects. It would set aside $15 million each year for six years from the government's budget year 2027 through 2032 to fund expert 'navigators' who would assist with grant writing, project management, and technical advice. This means more communities could improve their water supplies and local environments.

This bill would require the Small Business Administration to publicly report on the costs of certain tariffs for everyday consumers and small businesses. These reports would come out every three months. The goal is to show how much these tariffs, put in place after January 20, 2025, are costing people and businesses each year.

This bill would ban large banks from paying discretionary bonuses to their top executives if federal regulators say the bank needs "immediate attention" for serious problems. However, banks could still pay these bonuses if they quickly submit and get approval for a plan to fix the issues.
