This bill would make sure that people with cancer who get their treatment through group health plans don't pay more for oral medications than for IV or injected drugs. Currently, health plans can charge more for these take-at-home cancer pills. If passed, this change would take effect for plan years starting in 2027, potentially lowering out-of-pocket costs for many patients.
