This bill would block new rules from the Small Business Administration (SBA) that change who can get 7(a) and 504 business loans. If passed, the rules about citizenship and residency for these loans, issued in February 2026, would not take effect. This means the older requirements for these loans would stay in place.

This bill would require the Small Business Administration (SBA) to create and share educational materials, an informational card, and planning guides for small business owners and their employees. These resources would help them understand their rights and duties during immigration enforcement actions, I-9 audits, and employer sanctions. Currently, the SBA does not explicitly offer these specific resources.

This bill would make the Small Business Administration (SBA) ask for public feedback before making new rules about things like loans, grants, and contracts. Right now, the SBA doesn't always have to do this for these types of rules. This change would give small businesses and others a chance to share their thoughts on important SBA decisions.

This bill would make the Small Business Administration's annual report on its 7(a) loan program much more detailed. It would require the report to break down loan risks by size, age, borrower type, and the kind of bank that made the loan. This detailed information, including fraud and late payment data, would then be posted online for the public to easily access.

Federal prisoners would get business training and counseling to help them start companies after release. The bill would require Small Business Administration centers to offer these services to eligible federal prisoners. They would learn skills like writing business plans and finding money. Currently, no such program is specifically required by the Small Business Act.

This resolution would direct the President to remove U.S. troops from any fighting in or against Cuba if Congress has not officially approved it. This type of resolution expresses Congress's position but does not become a law. It would formally call for the President to get specific approval to keep troops involved in hostilities there, as outlined in the War Powers Resolution.
